Nice photos Will – was that a slam, bam, thank you Mame? :>) Also, can you go out and get that plastic bag that is caught in the bush in your second to last photo?
My goodness Dana there is SOOO much plastic in the park: the game rangers seem unwilling or unable to pick it up: i’ve given up my one-man attempt to keep 120 sq km of park free of plastic & concentrate on my Silole Sanctuary instead!!
I can imagine all the plastic – I know there was a campaign by a person, I think in Nairobi, to get the Nakumatt stores to stop using so much plastic bagging. He even met with the President of the Company and it sounded promising, but to date nada! I know when I visit the Mara Triangle every year, we are always stopping to pick up bags, juice cartions, etc. People are unthinking! At least you are doing your part in your area :>)
